This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear or any other loss, liability or damage resulting from improper alteration, disassembly, handling, installation, service, repair or use of this product. If for any reason you find it necessary to alter a product you must receive written consent from a Suncore Industries LLC. technician.

This warranty will not cover surface finish, boot or mounting hardware such as, but not limited to, rubber bushings or dust covers.

If a replacement is required prior to returning the defective product, you must first contact us for a return merchandise authorization and provide proof of defect, which can be a written diagnosis describing the nature of the failure by the certified mechanic or digital illustration at the request of our returns department agents.
 A deposit for the replacement may be required. The deposit charge will be refunded upon receipt of the warrantied item.

Suncore Industries LLC. will pay for the freight and provide shipping labels for the return of any goods covered under warranty and pay for freight to provide replacement parts for all customers located in the 48 contiguous United States.

If the product is purchased in error or is no longer needed, the customer is responsible for shipping the products back at their expense and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you have purchased a Suncore Industries LLC. product from a 3rd party seller all warranty claims and returns must be submitted directly through the 3rd party.

The warranties and remedies contained herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties expressed, implied, or statutory, including any liability arising under any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, statutory or otherwise. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction.

In no event shall Suncore Industries LLC. be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use a Suncore Industries LLC. product or from defects in the Suncore Industries LLC. product. Cost of removal, installation and other labor claims are not included or covered under this warranty. Suncore Industries LLC. obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product.

Suncore Industries LLC. retains the exclusive right to repair or replace with new or remanufactured product or offer refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion.

This warranty is null and void if the installation is not performed by an ASE certified mechanic. It is required to submit a receipt or proof of installation was completed by an ASE certified mechanic with your warranty claim form.

To obtain a warranty replacement, fill out the warranty claim form providing the original invoice number, sales order or receipt with verification of installation by a certified ASE technician and submit via fax to (954)-301-0604, or scan it and email to [email protected].

Our warranty department will contact you within 48 hours of submission and provide you with an RMA number. If you are located within the continental US you will receive a return label, warranties from outside the lower 48 states need to ship back the defective parts along with the RMA number provided by a shipper of your own discretion.

All warranty returns must be shipped back with a copy of your original invoice, sales order or receipt, verifications of installation by a certified ASE mechanic and the warranty claim form. After receiving the returned product we will take 2-4 business days to process your warranty return..
