Upon receipt of your cores a refund will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase product. Core returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receipt of core.

Shipping details
We are happy to offer free UPS ground shipping on all orders to the lower 48 States.
Unfortunately since these parts are quite heavy and large we cannot offer free shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii nor Alaska.
(We do offer shipping to these areas, but it will be based upon UPS quotations. Please feel free to contact us directly.)
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes nor APO's as UPS will not deliver to these locations.
