Suncore Industries was established in 2000 and have been a member of the Automotive Parts Rebuilders Association (APRA) ever since. Our mission began with rebuilding air suspension components and moved quickly into offering better solutions with conventional suspension conversion kits to give our customers the longevity they can rely on.
The most common reason for an air strut failure is due to dry rotting of the air bag. This is something that happens over time, the air bag starts to deteriorate and causes leaks, when this happens the air bag can no longer hold air pressure. A leaking air bag can cause the strut it fits over to fail as well. The second factor of an air strut failure is the strut itself. The strut is pressurized with fluid, and if the strut begins to fail it will no longer have the same pressure to hold the vehicle. If this system begins to fail one visible sign will be that your vehicle will be lower than factory height. If Air Struts are not replaced on time, it will cause an Air Suspension Compressor Failure.

Hi, Does the kit include instructions on how to disable the electronic components and warning lights after converting to conventional suspension?
Hello, We appreciate your question regarding conversion. This kit requires a Star Scanner to disable your air suspension system, unfortunately we do not provide a module. Our instructions do not include steps to bypass the light, you will have to take your vehicle to a Mercedes specialist shop or dealer to disable your air suspension. When changing just front do have to program with star or just plug off front lines
Ramiro, You will need a star scanner to disable your air suspension ONLY if you are converting all 4 corners. For now you can just plug the airlines and tie them off to the side. Please let us know if you need anything else. -Stephanie
Does this work with 2006 CLS 55 amg and do you have the rear as well along with the by pass for the warning dash lights ?
Scott, This is compatible! The dash light has to be programmed out using a Star Scanner, however to do that you will need to convert all 4 corners. For now you will just have to plug your front airlines and tie them off to the side. Let us know if you need help with anything else. -Stephanie
When you say for a 4matic model it will not settle properly can you still buy this kit and put it on a 05 e500 4matic..i am sick of the air ride problems i just need the front raised just a little i dont care about ride quality..Just wondering will the conversion kit work for the front of a 2005 e500 4matic as far as matching up?
