Suncore Industries was established in 2000 and have been a member of the Automotive Parts Rebuilders Association (APRA) ever since. Our mission began with rebuilding air suspension components and moved quickly into offering better solutions with conventional suspension conversion kits to give our customers the longevity they can rely on.
The most common reason for an air strut failure is due to dry rotting of the air bag. This is something that happens over time, the air bag starts to deteriorate and causes leaks, when this happens the air bag can no longer hold air pressure. A leaking air bag can cause the strut it fits over to fail as well. The second factor of an air strut failure is the strut itself. The strut is pressurized with fluid, and if the strut begins to fail it will no longer have the same pressure to hold the vehicle. If this system begins to fail one visible sign will be that your vehicle will be lower than factory height. If Air Struts are not replaced on time, it will cause an Air Suspension Compressor Failure.

Will this suspension set up cause and check engine lights on in the dash? If so, are there any modules that will correct that. Will this set up not work if I have ADS? As far as I’m aware, all GLs came with airmatic and damping, either with a button or automatically with different driving habits. Thank you
Hello, This kit will come with a complete set of install instructions and in those instructions there will be two options to fool the system into not setting the warning lights. The kit will not work with the ADS models, there are GL models that have air suspension but no active dampening unfortunately this kit wont work for the ADS as we do not have a module that will bypass the dampeners at this time if you have any further questions please feel free to ask Thank you

Can you just replace the front struts only and still keep the rear original?
Hello, Yes, you can convert just the front suspension. You will not be able to disable your air suspension however and it will trigger a dash light. I would recommend a full conversion (to disable air and light) or updating your OE parts.

When you do thus conversion will this take care of the warning lights that will come on in the GL....I heard that these kits do their jobs but you will have to look at a warning light for the rest of the time you own your car.....
