I have a 2002 suburban 2500 with a 8.1 liter engine and Z55 suspension. The vehicle has leaf springs and electronic shocks without air. Can the air shock be used on vehicles without air?
Hello, Yes it is possible to convert your vehicle to the air shocks in the rear but you will have to get a manual fill air line kit to fill the air shocks to the proper height we do offer the fill kit as well the part number is AK-29 this will allow you to fill the air shocks with a standard tire gauge Thank you

Hello, The difference with the passive compared to the remanufactured shocks is the passive does not have the ability to adjust the dampening in the shock depending on driving conditions the OE shocks will adjust the stiffness to keep the vehicle from having to much body roll on turns
